I don't know about where you live, but in Southern Utah, it's hot, hot, hot! Occasionally we get a slight breeze, reducing the temperature to merely scorching, but then it returns to hot, hot, hot! (You get the picture.) To retaliate, I've gathered 50+ popsicle recipes that are perfect for summer! I'm sharing yogurt pops, fruit popsicles, creamy creamsicles, and pops perfect for dessert! Which will you try?
I haven't made popsicles since I was a kid. My preferred method involved Kool Aid, an ice cube tray, and toothpicks. (If you ask me, that's still a yummy treat, and you and your kids would have a blast making them together!) Today I'm sharing popsicles that are a bit more creative and a heck of a lot tastier!

If you can't find a popsicle that sounds good from this huge list, then I'm afraid you'll have to just stick to putting your head in the freezer to cool off! (Kidding, but I have been known to do it!)
Popsicle Molds and Methods
Now that you've found a great recipe, what type of mold will you choose?
For the most frugal among you, I suggest you stick to the ice cube tray and toothpicks method! But, for those of you who want your popsicles to be a little more fancy (and a lot less bite-sized) one of these popsicle molds might be right for you.
The Zoku Quick Pop Makers make Popsicles outside of the freezer in about 7 minutes. (They come in lots of fun colors, too.) They're your most expensive option, but, let's face it, it's pretty cool to be able to make a popsicle in 7 minutes! Zoku also makes classic pop molds that go in the freezer.
If you just want fun molds to pop into the freezer, try some of these:
