    Eat Gluten Free at Chick-Fil-A!

You can eat Gluten Free at Chic-Fil-A!

Guess what restaurant just opened in Southern Utah?  (I gave you a little hint with the photo.)

    Chick-Fil-A!!!

Not only is Chick-Fil-A food fantastic, but did you know that they have a gluten-free menu?  Not just two or three items, but lots of yummy options!

Although their fried chicken is breaded, their chargrilled chicken is gluten-free and prepared in an entirely separate area from their breaded chicken.  (I know.  I took the backstage tour at the restaurant.  If you're worried about contamination, you should definitely take the tour.  As a bonus, it's kinda fun to see what goes on behind the scenes!)Here's what you can eat:

    Entree:

Replace any regular chicken with chargrilled chicken.  That means you can have:

    • Chargrilled Chicken Filet (no bun)
    • Chargrilled Chicken Garden Salad
    • Chargrilled Chicken & Fruit Salad.

Their tortilla strips are gluten free, too.

    Sides:

How about some side dishes?  You can have:

    • fruit cup
    • side salad
    • coleslaw
    • carrot & raisin salad
    • yogurt parfait
    • waffle potato fries.  (Yea!)

    Breakfast:

    Want breakfast?  You can eat:

    • bacon
    • egg
    • sausage patty
    • hashbrowns

    Kids:

My favorite part?  (Since I have a gluten-free kiddo who really misses eating fast food . . . )  They have gluten-free kid's meals!  You can get:

    • grilled nuggets with fries and/or applesauce

    Extras:

As for dessert, their chocolate and vanilla shake mix is gluten free, but since they prepare Oreo shakes in the same mixer, you'll have to decide for yourself if you want to risk it.

Most, if not all, of their dips and dressings are gluten free, too.  How awesome is that?  You can find the full gluten-free menu here.

    Thanks for stopping by!

    Heidi

Chick-Fil-A is the only fast food chain I will eat at. I love their gluten free options, the cleanliness and the value they place on quality products. I visited the HQ in Atlanta once and I was thoroughly impressed. So glad to hear you can enjoy it in Utah now!

My mother and I get the chargrilled chicken club without the bun and order the spicy salad dressing along with it. Sometimes we get a side salad. It is so good!

Heidi, I love that picture of you with the cow! I'm so glad Chick-Fil-A is coming to you! We've had it in NJ for quite awhile and I do not know what I do without it.

Thanks! It's so nice for my kiddo to be able to get nuggets again! She loves it. (So does the rest of the family!)
