Halloween Party Games {Free Downloads}

Published: Oct 11, 2026 by Heidi Fowler. This post may contain affiliate links 8 Comments

Planning a Halloween party? These free printable Halloween party games are a fun way to get everyone laughing! They're easy to prepare, family-friendly, and perfect for Halloween parties, classroom celebrations, or a fun night at home.

I'm not showing you the complete games here because I don't want to spoil the surprises! Some of the fun is figuring out the answers as you play. If you want to join in, ask someone who isn't playing to print the games and cut apart the clues for you.

Guess the Creepy Pair

This Halloween guessing game is a fun icebreaker!

As guests arrive, attach a slip with the name of a famous or creepy couple to each person's back or forehead. Players mingle and ask yes-or-no questions to figure out which pair they've been assigned.

The printable includes 12 different pairs. Some are especially fun for adults because younger players might not recognize a few of the classic TV couples.

Halloween Silly Charades or Taboo

This game was inspired by Moms and Munchkins. Be sure to check out her version, too! I created 24 clues of my own (with one favorite borrowed from her list), so you can combine the two sets for even more fun.

You can play two different ways:

Halloween Charades: Players take turns drawing a slip of paper and acting out the silly situation without speaking. Everyone else tries to guess what they're doing.

Halloween Taboo: Players draw a slip and describe the silly situation without using any of the words printed on it. Common little words like a, and, and the don't count.

Either way, you're sure to get some laughs!

*Make Taboo more fun with the buzzer from the game, or use a simple service bell.

Spiral ghosts of several sizes and made from white cardboard hang from the roof of a home's front porch. The ghosts have creepy faces, and they are spinning in the wind.
