In honor of Easter, please enjoy this free Easter coloring page. Instead of the typical kids coloring page, I've chosen to create something for older kids and adults to color. After all, coloring doesn't have to be just for kids!
Coloring relieves stress
We're into week three of the stay-home order for Covid-19. I don't know about everyone else, but I'm going a little bit stir crazy! When the house gets noisy and chaotic, I need something calming -- like coloring.
Since I find drawing and coloring very soothing, I've been doing a lot of it. In fact, for the first week, I did nothing but play games with the kids and draw and color designs while listening to books on my phone. Oh-- and eat junk food. I did a lot of that!
I think I was depressed and needed to mourn the loss of freedom and normalcy. Did you go through that, too?
If you're in a stay-at-home funk, I hope this coloring page will help relieve your stress.
Easter is about peace
I've created a lot of coloring pages in the last few weeks, but since there's so much craziness going on, I chose a subject that can bring us all the peace we need right now.
Regardless of what is going on in the world, we can find peace through our Savior, Jesus Christ.
He is real. Because of Him, we will live again after we die. Because of Him, we can repent and be forgiven. Because of Him, we can be clean. Because of Him, we can find comfort when we feel pain and sorrow. In the Garden of Gethsemane, He felt every physical and emotional pain we will endure in this life. Because of that, He knows how to make us feel better. We just have to ask.
For those of you who celebrate Easter, I hope you all have a wonderful day tomorrow celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ. For those of you who don't celebrate Easter, I hope you have a day filled with peace and hope.

I really wanted this image for my Autistic grandson who would love it. All the downloading still did not present the opportunity to get this image. Now I must remove all the downloads! A waste of time and a trip I do not want to take again, why make it so complicated for parents or grandparents? I will not visit your site again and tell others not to use it. In fact if you spam my email I will most likely unsubscribe.

I’m sorry you are having trouble. Clicking the download link should open a form to sign up for my newsletter (you can cancel any time). Once you do that, you get an email with a direct link to the printable. It doesn’t look like you subscribed, so the email was not sent to you.
Clicking on the download link (the image with the heart that says, Download Free Printable) will not download anything to your computer. You will not be asked to download anything. Any download messages you received are not from me or my website. All communication and downloads from me go directly to your email.
If you don’t want to subscribe, and you would like the Easter printable, let me know, and I can send you the link directly.
Noelle
I am subscribed to your newsletter, clicked on the link for the coloring page and am asked to sign up for the newsletter again. I really do not want to sign up more than once
Heidi
Hi, Noelle. Don’t worry. Most of my printables link to a signup form. If you are already signed up, you’ll get an email with the printable link, but you won’t be added to the list again. I’ll send you the direct link through your email if you are worried.

I'm having the same issue. It asks me to sign up for the newsletter again, even though I'm already subscribed. When I try to "re-subscribe", nothing happens. I don't get a link to the download. I'm sorry if this is my error.
Heidi
Hi, Nicole. I just sent it to you. I filled out the form a few minutes ago to get the download link for Noelle, and it took about ten minutes to get my email. I’m not sure why, because it’s usually pretty instantaneous. Sorry for the glitch.
Denise
Thank you for sharing your work with us, Heidi! I look forward to offering this as an activity for our older kids. (As someone previously subscribed, I had no trouble getting the email w the link. Submitting my name and email address was a small effort for something that will be useful and fun!)
