Just print, cut, and tape the toppers to lollipop or popsicle sticks (even toothpicks would work!).  If desired, back them on colored cardstock first, but you don’t need to.  They’re cute as is.  Now, just add them to your favorite cupcake to bring a smile to a friend, neighbor or family member. Voila! Easy, peasy.
